Site demolition for the planned redevelopment of the Golden Bear Shopping Center is expected to begin in April, according to the project’s developer.
Twenty-three months after Arcadia Development of Ohio LLC agreed to meet Upper Arlington officials’ demands to include 26,000 square feet of office space in the project, the 57-year-old plaza at the southeast corner of Fishinger Road and Riverside Drive still stands.
