Rachel has completed $25 million in residential transactions. She is an experienced processor and closer who assists attorneys, buyers, sellers and lenders with funding and closing conditions. She collects, prepares and delivers data and other information for closing documents; records title documents; reviews title commitments; prepares CD/HUD statements; processes documents for notaries to use in off-site closings; and performs post-closing duties.
Rachel has expertise in preparing estimated closing statements for buyers and sellers, disbursing checks as necessary, assisting with clearing title requirements and balancing funds. A keen communicator, Rachel provides status updates to clients as scheduled or as requested throughout each transaction. In addition to completing closing transactions by assembling documents and reviewing papers with parties, she also explains provisions and procedures; answers questions; checks documents for completeness and accuracy; and obtains necessary signatures.
Rachel prepares documents for recording and completes recordings in person, or electronically, at county offices.
Along with her extensive knowledge of the title business, Rachel is detail oriented and deadline focused. She is acutely aware of lender requirements and has extensive experience with closing statements and disclosures.
Rachel has 15 years of professional and administrative experience, most recently serving as an escrow officer and closer. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, including as a loan officer with the State Highway Patrol Federal Credit Union and as a deputy clerk for the Delaware County Clerk of Courts.
