Pizzuti wins Memorial Hospital contract

Pizzuti Cos. has landed the contract to develop a $7.5 million, 35,000-square-foot medical office building in Marysville for Memorial Hospital of Union County. Columbus-based Pizzuti has entered into a contract to purchase a 4-acre parcel overlooking Route 33 at the Route 36 interchange and expects its construction division to start building the facility in early September. The project is scheduled for completion in September 2014.
