Cardinal Title facilitates refinance of Multi-Family Projects

Cardinal Title recently facilitated the closing and refinance of two large multi-family projects in the Central Ohio area: the $11-million Bixbywood project in Columbus and the $12.5-million Albany Commons in New Albany.
