Cardinal Title closed on its newest project: the Polaris Office Medical Building, a 45,000-square-foot, three-story facility located in the busy Polaris area of Central Ohio.
This state-of-the-art, $9.85 million medical building will feature physician offices and a 10,000-square-foot, on-site surgery center. Physicians leasing at least 5,000 square feet of space in the building have ownership opportunities in the project.
The anchor tenant is Hand and Microsurgery Associates. Estimated completion date for developer Continental Building Systems is the summer of 2011.
The building will be finished in brick, cast stone, punched windows and will have a large, glass foyer at its entrance, providing a contemporary appeal. A patient reception area will be on the building’s west side. The facility is conveniently located to I-71, at the intersection of Gemini Place and Church Drive, across Polaris Parkway from Polaris Fashion Place mall.
The project was awarded a 100-percent tax abatement for 15 years.
