Jennifer manages and oversees the daily operations of Cardinal Title. She has been involved in every aspect of the agency’s operation, allowing her to garner a wealth of knowledge that enables her to better serve our clients. She is a licensed Ohio Title Agent with more than seven years of experience in the title industry and has participated in over $3 billion in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including complex commercial endeavors involving Hotel/Motels, Retail, Multi-Family, Restaurants, Construction & Development, Mixed Use, Assemblage, Warehouse and Office. Residential experience includes purchases, refinances and home equity loans, whether conventional, FHA or VA loans. Jennifer received her B.S. in Public Relations from Franklin University and Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.
