Crystal Clark plays a key role in supporting the title and closing process at Cardinal Title. She is responsible for managing documentation, assisting with title searches, coordinating transactions and facilitating communication among clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience.
Crystal brings a strong foundation in customer service and operational support from her time managing operations at Rudolph Self Storage, one of our affiliated self-storage facilities. There, she oversaw leasing, billing, tenant relations and day-to-day property coordination—developing excellent multitasking, problem-solving and communication skills that translate seamlessly to her work in the title industry.
Before rejoining the workforce, Crystal dedicated several years to raising her children full-time. This experience sharpened her organizational abilities, time management and adaptability—qualities that serve her well in a fast-paced, detail-driven professional environment.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their two children. She loves reading, swimming, riding motorcycles and traveling—especially cruising. Crystal is excited to continue growing her knowledge in the title field while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
